Disappointed

I love the bracelet but 1 charm fell off first day I wore it. You did replace it! Yesterday I wore it and a charm fell off again luckily I seen it fall off. I took it to the jewelry store to have gold rings put on and it and sealed closed which is costing me $. This is a memorial piece of jewelry and means something to me. You would think for the cost the charms would be more secure.
