How do I track my order?

Please visit the "Track my Order" page for order status and shipping updates. Keep in mind that some custom items take longer to produce. Check the description on the product page of the item to see if your product requires more production time.

How do I return or exchange an item?

We accept returns and exchanges within 60 days of purchase, for all items that have not been personalized. For details on how to return or exchange an item visit our Returns & Exchanges page.

How fast will my order be delivered?

A large selection of Brook & York pieces will be shipped 24 hours after you order. A small selection of products, including monograms will be shipped 3 – 5 business days after you order. Each item is delivered in Brook & York packaging.

Is delivery free?

Free delivery is offered on all orders inside of the United States, with options to upgrade your delivery for a cost.

Where does Brook & York Delivery?

Brook & York offers delivery to the United States and Canada.

Brook & York offers jewelry items that can be personalized including coordinate necklaces, monogram necklaces and engravable items. You will adore all the ways you can make Brook & York jewelry truly personal. All personalized items are final sale.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Moisture will tarnish your jewelry. Avoid all water, lotions, and perfumes. Clean with a dry cloth. Never use jewelry cleaner or polishing cloths. To limit wear and tear take a day off and store in a safe dry place.
