Return Policy

If you would like to return an item you purchased from Brook & York, we are happy to accept all returns within 60 days of purchase. Personalized items are non-returnable including items that have been engraved. All returned or exchanged items should be in their original condition.

Exchange Policy

If you return the original item in good condition we will refund you for that item so you can order a new item you would like to receive. Brook & York is not responsible for items that may be lost or damaged during shipment. Your account will be credited within 15 days of Brook & York receiving your item.
