Great Customer Service

I received the Mackenzie Two Birthstone Necklace and I love it. However, the first time I wore it one of the birthstones fell off and was lost. I immediately contacted customer service and they got back to me within hours and sent me a replacement birthstone within a week. Their jewelry is good quality I will absolutely order from them again.
