Birthstone initial Bracelet

I bought 4 of these for my friends as Christmas gifts. After reviewibg them I noticed 3 were great and 1 had a problem with the clasp. I called customer service and they got on it quickly. I received a replacement in 4 days. They were packaged very nicely. I am happy with the purchase.
